This data is kept confidential. Your business name, owner or staff details, and specific answers are never published or shared in a way that identifies you.

We may use anonymised, aggregated diagnostic data (industry and location only) to inform research, industry benchmarks, and published content such as our quarterly reports. We never publish a result group covering fewer than five businesses.

If you’d rather your diagnostic responses were left out of this aggregate research, email us using the details below and we’ll exclude your data.

4. Newsletter

If you subscribe to The Business Systems Brief, we collect your email address, your first name if you give it, and the industries you choose. We use these only to send you the newsletter and to pick the right edition for you.

We add you to the list only after you confirm your subscription from an email we send you, and we keep a record of when you signed up. Every issue has an unsubscribe link and a link to change your industries.

Your details are held by our email provider, MailerLite, and the confirmation email is sent through Resend. Both act on our behalf and may store data outside New Zealand. We do not sell your information or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

To have your details removed completely, email us using the details in section 11.

We do not sell your personal information.
